Aki restaurant is a great place for dinner or a nice date spot. Try the spicy tuna roll, the shrimp & veggie tempura and the salmon hand roll.

I got the omakase menu over the holidays and unfortunately my date and I got an upset stomach after the sushi. It’s a cute spot and our server was very friendly. I guess I should have been more suspicious of raw fish in El Paso as a risky idea from the start.

Excellent! From service to the food. If you’re debating if you should try it, it is a yes for sure! I took my 3 kids (1,3,5) and sometimes some restaurants have waiters who have a bad attitude. Our sever was great, he was supper attentive and was very accommodating. I don’t eat seafood but my husband had the jalapeña habashi and the Texas roll and he loved them! I had the vegetable tempura and the roll in the picture and they tasted great. My kids just had the ice cream, they previously had pizza from a party they went too and it is definitely kid approved lol

The absolute best sushi in town. A must-visit I’ve tried most of everything on their menu. They have something for everyone. Most authentic, and freshest sushi I’ve had in El Paso. Prior to COVID, I loved to sit at the sushi bar and converse with the chefs. I’ve personally seen them cut off and throw away fish that other places will still sell. Quality and freshness is key to them here, and it shows. They have some delicious delicacies I haven’t had anywhere else in town. Short ribs, fried rice, hamachi Kama, anything from the kitchen i highly recommend. They have a great variety of sake, Asian beers, and desserts. Ask for a half green tea and half lemonade beverage. You won’t regret it. Place looks immaculately clean, staff is friendly and has become one of my frequent spots to eat. Online ordering is available as well as QR code to pay with ApplePay or GooglePay, without taking out my credit card.

Restaurant: Aki Sushi, El Paso Review: • Sushi Quality: The sushi at Aki Sushi is exceptional, offering authentic flavors that are a standout in El Paso. • Pricing: Prices, particularly for nigiri, are on the higher side, but the quality justifies the cost. • Non-Sushi Items: The Hibachi Chicken was somewhat dry and didn’t meet the high standards set by the sushi. • Ambiance & Service: The ambiance of Aki Sushi is both clean and welcoming, with an equally impressive exterior. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring a great dining experience even on a busy Friday night. They were busy but made sure to check on each table with care and politeness. Definitely a five-star experience in this regard. • Value for Money: The lunch menu is more reasonably priced. The dinner menu feels a bit expensive, but it’s worth it for the sushi quality. Conclusion: Aki Sushi offers a fantastic sushi experience with a very pleasing ambiance and excellent service. If you’re in El Paso and looking for high-quality sushi, this is the place to go. Overall, it earns four stars for its superb sushi and dining experience.

Every roll we tried was packed with quality ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. The sushi was perfectly prepared, and the portions were generous. A special shoutout to Chef Chopstick, his skill and attention to detail truly stand out. You can tell he takes pride in his craft. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was also friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
